1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:

Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Items Not Eligible
We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

Used, worn, washed, or damaged items

Products without original tags/packaging

Items purchased on Clearance Sale / Flash Sale / Discount Offers

Perfumes, innerwear, and hygiene-related items (for safety reasons)
3. Exchange Process
If you want to exchange:

Contact our support team within 3 days

Provide your order number and pictures/videos of the item

Our team will verify and guide you through the exchange process

Replacement shipping charges may apply depending on your location
4. Return & Refund Process
Refund is issued only if the product is not available for exchange.
Refund method:

Refund will be provided as Store Credit / Voucher, redeemable on any future purchase

In special cases, a bank transfer/refund may be issued
Refund processing time: 3–5 working days after approval.
5. Return Shipping Charges

In case of wrong or damaged product, Lumance will bear return shipping cost

For size exchanges or change of mind, the customer pays the shipping charges
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
